For this day, I continued my Face2Face Lesbians art series by designing two matching pillows for my lesbian couple featuring the 7 colour gender inclusive lesbian flag and my new love spoon design on them:
The pillows are cardboard collages which sit on top of the 'Between the Sheets' artwork box. The shields 🛡🛡 symbolise protecting each other hence the couple's portrait is inside the shield. Further down you see the Labrys, a two-sided axe, which is the emblem of lesbian (intersectional, trans-inclusive) feminism symbolizing lesbian strength and self-sufficiency. 💪💞🙂 💖💖 The bowl of the spoon is one heart, showing the 2 have become 1 💓
